I know what it’s like to juggle life, kids, work, stress — and still feel like you should be doing more for your health.

I’m a certified nutrition and fitness coach based in beautiful Monmouthshire. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of women lose weight, gain energy and finally feel confident in their skin — not by cutting carbs or living at the gym, but by building simple habits that actually fit into real life.

I’m also a mum, a small business owner (hello, WDCS 👋), and someone who understands what it means to be stretched thin.
